Introduction

Started by St Mary’s Church the St Mary’s Herald was intended to be a family magazine that fostered social contact in the community. As well as religious articles this monthly publication contains local news and interviews along with gardening, craft and cookery sections.

Period Covered: May 1969 to February 1971. Status: Complete.
